Every season from mid-Novembre till mid-March, at the picking sites, we have been buying hundreds and hundreds of kilograms of truffles. Our customers take advantage of our purchasing capacity such as our rigorous and careful selection of the product.

Once brushed,sorted and knifed,we supply our truffles to the most famous tables in France and world wild. Customers services, order control, shipment tracking throughout the world.

Slitting is a slit made in each truffle witch a penknife after a series of tactile examinations. It enable us to guarantee a perfect savour, texture, marbling and maturity in all three classifications: Extra brushed truffles, iste grade brushed truffles, and truffles morcels . It result in downgrading of 20 to 30% of winter truffle production into the second grade.
